Joy of Learning
“The children are absolute joy. We get so much pleasure from them, their creativeness and inventiveness and just the way they react to things”.
No teacher can be expected to know all the answers, nor should it be required. On many occasions, the teacher will need to join the students in asking questions and getting the students to discuss how they will find the answers. It is also important to stress that all the “answers” are not yet known.
The process of teaching and learning is reciprocal. The teacher in the formative years is even more crucial. The curriculum is planned in such a way that there is natural curiosity to know things in and around.
