Curriculum
Within the group, all children are supported in developing their potential at their own pace. Our regular planning sessions enable us to provide a wealth of experience from which your child can build and expand their knowledge and skills. By means of developmentally appropriate play activities, which leads to nationally approved learning outcomes, which prepares children to progress with confidence to the National Curriculum at the end of the Foundation Stage, i.e. year one.
Records of Achievement will be maintained for each child attending school. The key areas in which progress is expected to be made are:
- Personal, Social and Emotional Development
- Communication, Language and Literacy
- Mathematical Development
- Knowledge and understanding of the Environment
- Physical Development
